Fot those of you who first connected with the Chair Masters material at the NAAP conference in April this year, there is now a new music CD available, called “50 songs You’ll Always Love.” The music is a series of medleys, so rather than match the pages precisly to each song, there is an order of exercises and you just move through them at your own pace.

Just in case trying to match the songs on a CD to the suggested pages of the Chair Masters book has created tension and anxiety in your life, here’s a chance to relax and flow through the repertoire.

Actually, that’s what I recommend all the time, but I know there are some of you who want things to come out “Just right.”  Think of it this way: “just right” is when you are relaxed and enjoying the music and the movement and you can transfer that joy to the people you lead.
