Wed 26th 1:30 – 2:15 Nia Five Stages Class – Learn a simple practice based on the developmental stages of an infant’s mobility, from “Embryonic” to “Creeping” to “Crawling” to “Standing” to “Walking”. Knee pads provided for your comfort. Once you learn this simple practice, you can do it yourself in 5 minutes.
