The Nia White Belt is the first level of training in a program that presents a body centered approach to health, wellness and fitness. During this week you will learn tools to help you develop body knowing by learning to listen, interpret and consciously respond to the information your body communicates to you via sensation.

The Nia White Belt will invite and initiate you onto
a new path of living in your body with joy and pleasure.
All levels of experience, shapes, sizes and abilities are
welcome. 50+ hours will be devoted to the first 13 principles
of Nia, covering music, experiential anatomy, and
philosophy.
Whether you are a fitness, health and wellness
professional or committing to your own practice,
