During this week you will learn tools to help you develop body knowing by learning to listen, interpret and consciously respond to the information your body communicates to you via sensation.

Notes About This Event

Your Feet, Your Hands That Touch the Earth is an afternoon of exploration, education,  experiential anatomy,  and dance. Includes a full Nia class with focus on awareness  and care of  your feet.

The Nia class will be open to those not registered for the workshop by paying with a JSFC all-access card or drop-in fee. An additional donation to the instructor is appreciated but not required.
